APREA Forum Registration

Places at the APREA Property Forum 2011 are strictly limited and we encourage you to submit your registration as early as possible.

Attendance is by invitation only and registration is via the APREA Forum Online Registration and Payment System accessible from the Registration page on this site.

Registration Fee

Member: US$2,250
Non-Member US$2,500

The registration fee includes attendance for one delegate to 13 April Forum Welcome Drinks, 14 April Day 1 including Forum Dinner and lunch and 15 April Day 2 including Forum lunch.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is notified to APREA in writing
On or before 1 March 2011 - full refund less administrative charges of US$400
After 1 March 2011 - no refund

APREA Forum Accommodation

A special room rate and room block has been secured with the official Forum Hotel - China World Summit Wing as well as with China World Hotel, Kerry Center Hotel and Traders Hotel
Accommodation bookings are to be made direct with the hotel. The rates are confidential and therefore to book rooms at any of these hotels, please refer to the Hotel Booking page on the Online Registration System accessible via the Registration page on this site. Any cancellation / no-show / shortening on confirmed reservation is subject to the hotel policy. Please note all room block holds will be cancelled at 12 March 2011 and thereafter will be subject to availability.

Check-In / Out

Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 12h00. The hotel does not guarantee early check-in or check-out unless an additional fee is paid.

Forum Dress Codes

Dress code for all functions is Business casual (tie and jacket optional)
